Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
JJAPI (https://jjapi.net) is an API gateway that lets developers call multiple AI model vendors through a unified OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, hashed password, billing identifier from Stripe.
- Usage data: request timestamp, model name, token counts, latency. Used to bill your account.
- Request payloads: by default, request bodies are retained for up to 24 hours for debugging. You can disable retention entirely in your console settings.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not train any model on your prompts or completions.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not log card numbers β all payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS.
4. Upstream vendors
When you call a model, your request is forwarded to the vendor you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). That vendor's privacy policy applies to its processing of the request. We pass through the most privacy-protective settings available (e.g., OpenAI zero-retention enterprise tier where eligible).
5. Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Data residency
Account data is stored in the United States. Request payloads (if retained) are stored in the region closest to your originating IP.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@jjapi.net. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
JJAPI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
