Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
JJAPI provides programmatic access to third-party AI model APIs through a unified gateway. We do not own or operate the underlying models.
3. Account and credit
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Anyone with your key can spend your credit.
- Credit purchased is non-transferable and tied to the account that bought it.
- Credit never expires.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- generate CSAM, terrorist content, or content that incites violence against protected groups;
- impersonate real people in a manner likely to deceive;
- circumvent the upstream vendors' usage policies;
- resell raw API keys to third parties (you may build products on top of JJAPI, but the JJAPI key itself is single-account).
Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unused credit.
5. Refunds
Unused credit is refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credit is non-refundable. Refund requests: support@jjapi.net.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream vendor outages, abuse mitigation, and scheduled maintenance may cause downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJAPI's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
